My son's school automatically sends the mid-year transcript to all the places where he had requested it before (without him asking). Your school system may vary ......

I believe it should be submitted by your counselor directly, not by you.

Does anyone know where I should submit my 7th semester transcript for USAFA admissions?

I used Parchment, and they received my transcript pretty fast (it's digital) and it was processed within about two weeks. It is also free if you use Parchment.
