7th Semester Transcripts

Hey all, P-nom'ed and 3Q'd. My seventh semester ends on Monday, and I was curious to know if the admissions committee will be able to vote on me receiving an appointment until those transcripts are in, or if they can still vote without those in. Thanks!

Nevermind! For future reference, it won't affect whether or not the admissions committee votes on your file.
 
Yes. But you have to submit your transcript by a certain date and they will make sure that you aren't losing momentum with your grades.

Do you know what the last date is? My DS asked his counselor to send a few weeks ago. USAFA shows they are received, but USMA shows still missing? We are hoping this is just a timing issue.

Deadline is Feb 28th. Source: my regional admissions counselor from WP. They update it the day it is received, so if it's not updated they don't have it. If it's through Naviance it doesn't work (my admissions counselor told me.) Have the guidance counselor send a signed copy straight to whoever your son's regional counselor is as well as wherever you sent it originally. That's what I would recommend!
 
You could also call and then try to fax it to them.

The candidate can't do that..it must come signed and from the school. Even at that, candidate should check with USMA whether or not they would accept a fax from the school....juust a couple of years ago, that was not acceptable.

Thanks. I do think they use Naviance. I will have DS check with counselor about getting this faxed in. Thanks again!
 
Yes you can get an appointment before your 7th semester transcripts are in. But remember its conditional. If you goofed off and the grades fell below par, injury before R-Day or negative contact with law enforcement can be causes for that appointment to be withdrawn.

Really? My RC told me to send it to him as pdf file. Obviously it had to be signed and had to be official.
 
My DS's RC sent him an email address to have his GC send a copy to. He requested the GC send it.
 
DS received appt before his 7th semester was completed. Guidance office mailed them twice in early Feb. GC emailed them to admissions yesterday and within the hour his portal updated.
 
USMA requested DS to have transcript #7 submitted. Does it mean his package is being reviewed by the board?
