I had a labrum repair too, after my junior year of wrestling season. The doctor gave me a clean bill of health at exactly 6 months post-procedure. His notes stated uneventful recovery, full ROM and can return to full activity with no limitations. I was DQ'd initially with DODMERB it stated:
D225.00 History of any dislocation, subluxation or instability of the shoulder

I received a waiver for this for Army ROTC. I wrestled all of my senior year and I just finished freshman year of college and competed in crew and wrestling. My shoulder is fine, no pain or issues at all. Good luck!
