Academy Majors

I know there are no guarantees; but, with force-shaping does anyone have any recommendations as to Degree Majors at the Academy that would be more likely to keep you in the AF after your mandatory time is up. Things could change, but at this point my cadet wants to be a career officer and stay in the AF until they force retirement.

Thanks for any insight anyone may be able to provide.
 
I have two grandpas who are payed retirees. It doesn't matter what you major in. If you're in, you're in.
 
The major is not as important as performance after graduation. With that said, a major that supports PG study and subsequent sub specialty cannot hurt. Nevertheless, I could not imagine sharing a ready room with all engineers.
