Accept/decline in CIS

DD received an offer letter to NAPS, unable to accept/decline in CIS, (portal snafus). Suggestions?

DD calls Admissions or drops into the daily live chat on the Admissions site, or waits a bit until whatever is going on clears. Have you checked the thread “Portal Changes (or Problems),” not quite sure of the name, that has been very active with suggestions on how to maneuver the two sites?

I also received an offer to NAPS and cannot find where to accept/decline. Maybe it'll pop up soon, considering all the problems IT is having with the portals. Glad to know I'm not the only one with this problem.
 
Question, did you guys complete the full application and receive nominations? Did they have an LOA? Or was there a specific reason they provided you were offered NAPS and not a direct? (Asking based on my son's current status and seeing what his options may be).

No matter what, that is great news and congrats!!

I first received an LOA to NAPS on February 1st saying I was guaranteed a spot as long as I completed my medical examination. At that point, my entire application was submitted and I had 2 nominations. Later that week, USNA received my medical examination. Earlier this week, I received a letter offering a spot at NAPS and to accept/decline the offer in my portal. At this time, I do not see anywhere in the 2 candidate portals to accept/decline the offer.

Thank you for your replies. DD decided to wait, trusting the I.T. issue will fix itself. If in time this issue does not resolve on its own she will reach out through the avenues suggested.

In answer to the question about LOA to NAPS and nominations; DD did receive both, similar to SALVO221, who replied earlier.

Update: Received a BFE that states to send an email to a provided email address with your intent to accept/decline. Looks like it's not on the portal as we assumed.
