I was wondering if it is still possible to be offered a chance to go to NAPS without a nomination. I live in Maryland and both Cardin and Sarbanes said they would not give me a nomination. I am still hoping that I may be able to get into NAPS because my B/G officer said I am a strong candidate for NAPS because of my determination and willingness to go to the Naval Academy. I am hoping that I still have a chance.
