Acceptance of Appt and BWE

Everything shows up in the appointee's portal, not through the mail.
Once appointment is accepted via the portal, new forms and documents to complete should follow shortly.

My son's BWE came about 3-4 weeks later... it was the congratulatory letter and certificate. The letter notified him of when he can expect the 'other' documents or communication on next steps... they stated end of April.
 
I'm not trying to be the acronym police, but it sounds like we have a blended acronym situation here.

I believe you're talking about a BFE, that's the Big Fat Envelope for appointees.

A TWE is a Thin White Envelope and conveys the news a candidate has not been appointed.

Yes - trying to get acronyms right... I think it is going to take some time... SMH. Sorry for the confusion!

Congrats on the BFE! DS is still in waiting mode. There's another thread that reads the wait will be longer thanks to cerveza, I mean corona, regardless, we're hoping for 1 BFE here and 0 TWE.
