Acceptance without medical being cleared

My status states that I am a candidate but medical has yet to be cleared... is it possible to get an appointment before my dodmerb clears me?

No. You have to be medically cleared to receive an appointment. An LOA can be issues with the condition of DoDMERB being cleared.
