DS has accepted this appointment, and now he is on to "2nd part" of portal submissions. How do you get these items submitted (ie., SS card, dental records)?
There isn't an upload link, just an email link which opens to submit your question to that specific department. Help?

Social Security card and some other forms can be submitted using the “upload” function just like the CFA videos. There are drop-down listings for the SS card and s few other forms. Many are emailed to the appropriate point of contact at USMA.

Regarding the above screenshot, while the ADMISSIBLE PACKETS link is easy to spot, you have to open the green box USMA Appointment ACCEPTED to find forms etc links...it's not obvious because the box is green (which in my mind, green meant "all done, no need to open this box again").

What is required to upload besides birth certificate and dental records?

There are a few things to submit, some are mailed in, some are brought with you on R-Day, and some are uploaded. Off the top of my head, I believe the social security card needs to be uploaded. There is packet you can find on the portal and the first page has a chart of how to get each required "thing" to USMA, and when the due date is. (Maybe somebody else can be more explicit--right now I'm going off memory)

I would encourage parents to let their future cadets navigate the portal and manage the process of uploading documents etc. You will not be with them after R Day and they will need to be self-reliant. Speaking as a parent of a current plebe, if your son/daughter earns an appointment they are more than capable of navigating their portal on their own or reaching out to WP admissions for clarification. I had doubts myself, but WP provides very detailed instructions and won't let them move on to the next step in the process (I believe my plebe told me there were three separate portal submissions that opened only after the one before it was complete). While it is an overwhelming amount of info/docs to obtain, the process (as most thing in the military) is broken down into manageable parts.

Thank you!

I was more just asking in case there were any things I should go put a request on besides for dental records. I didn’t know if we would need to request prescription records? Just thought I could get some things on hand as my child may not be making their decision until closer to May 1, and thought it would be helpful to already have some things ready if I know they are going to be needed.
