Accepting NROTC Scholarship

This week DS was notified that he was selected for a 4 year NROTC scholarship. The information he received via email and on his portal discuss accepting by a certain date but he cannot see a deadline date referenced. Does anyone have insight into this? Also, is it easily accepted on line or should he fill out the acceptance forms and email them in? Appreciate the insight.

The sooner the better, since acceptance carries no obligation. You can accept online. Takes 2 minutes.
