My dd was accepted. However she is having issues downloading the accession screening questionnaire. I told her I would ask on here before she bothers admissions since I’m sure they are busy. Thanks for the help!!!

Hello everyone! I'm not sure if this is just an issue with my laptop, but I cannot access the USNA accession screening questionnaire, which is one of the offer accepted documents. I've updated my Adobe and everything and I still cannot access it. Thanks!

Clear cache. Try different browsers, including older ones such as Explorer. Sometimes systems are optimized for certain browsers.
