I have a student who received a 4 year scholarship. She has not yet received her packet and has tried to log in to the DODMETS site. The site tells her that her account is inactive. It also tells her to call the CIV team. She has called several times and left messages. No one has contacted her back. She has tried all the avenues that are presented to her, to include calling and emailing the ROO at her school of choice. As we enter June, she is concerned that she will not be able to get her DODMERB complete in time for the start of school.
