I am Active Duty enlisted Sailor looking at USAFA, USNA, and AFROTC. The Navy has STA-21 which I'll apply for as well, but it is almost exclusively for Navy reactor operators. I'm currently an E-3 and in 'A' school (same as USAF Tech School) for Information Systems Technician, with a 'C' school to follow.

I know I can get a conditional release for USNA, and am wondering if I can get a conditional release for USAFA, AFROTC, or maybe even USMA. Also, has anyone done this? I'd appreciate anything anyone's got for me. Thanks!

I am sure someone has done this in the past, but probably very rare. For the ROTC side of the house, not sure on the application stuff. The Navy will have a message regarding NROTC applications, recommend you search for this and contact the POC listed on there to see if they can shed some light on the AROTC and AFROTC side of the house. That might be your best bet for information or who to contact. Might also trying searching USAF and USA messages for ROTC applications for enlisted and see if they point to any POCs. As for USMA they will have someone in admissions that deals with enlisted applications. Look it up on the website and contact them for guidance on all things USMA. USNA has the same sort of thing and it is easily available on the Admissions website on who to contact.
