Activities Record help

I can't tell what a lot of the pre-listed "non-athletic" activities mean. For example, "Competitive Dramatic or Humorous Readings" and "Contest One-Act Plays". I've directed and acted in one-act plays before, and written a play for a competition. Should I say I haven't done those activities, and then explain the specifics of what I did do in the remarks section? Or when in doubt, should I say that I did it and choose the appropriate grade levels? Thanks for any help!

Use your best judgement. Your counselor will verify all this. Ensure you have paperwork to support some of this stuff, especially if done outside of school or a teacher could validate something for the counselor.
