Additional Letters of Recommendation

I mailed two additional letters of recommendation to USNA in October, but there is nothing in my portal to indicate that they have been added to my file. Is this normal or should I be concerned? Thanks in advance.

I mailed two additional letters of recommendation to USNA in October, but there is nothing in my portal to indicate that they have been added to my file. Is this normal or should I be concerned? Thanks in advance.

You will not receive any notification thru email or on portal. Your admissions counselor will add it to your file, and the reason why it doesn't appear on CIS is that, it is not required and secondly there isn't a section on the portal for extra recommendations.
