On my remedial letter from DoDMERB it says:
R251.22 DOES NOT REQUIRE A PHYSICIAN'S APPOINTMENT: Please perform repeat manifest refraction & address stability of refraction & ocular & vision personal & family history.
How do I get a repeat manifest refraction without seeing a doctor? Since DoDMERB is asking for my vision history, should I go to my personal eye doc's to gather all the documents (like, vision records) and fax it over to DoDMERB? Or should I just tell the assigned remedial doctor the information? When DoDMERB says "address", are they looking for some statements in a letter or actual medical records of my vision?
