Hardcore.
More like lazy, but I appreciate the sentiment.

Just buying a few minutes.

My DS joined a fraternity since it was right across the street from the Armory where AROTC met for morning PT. It made a huge difference in the dead of winter in one of the coldest states.

I don't get up until 6 so not an early riser, however, I get up at that hour in order to go out into the cold and get my miles in before work etc. I started this "program" 2 years ago now in response to gaining weight after breaking a few vertebrae and sacrum. Also, I noticed the dogs were starting to get tubby too. For me, this meant I had to exercise EVERY morning, no excuses. My workout clothes are right by the bed, so I'm fully dressed before I'm fully awake. Then I get the dogs up (they sleep in crates at night), start the coffee brewing and slug down a big glass of water. This time of year, I try to do a quick guesstimate of wind chill factor so I can select the right coat, hat, gloves and shoes, and out the door we go, flashlight in hand! After 2 years, it's now a habit and I feel weird if I don't go.
