AFROTC and VMI

Anyone know if VMI gives any kind of “breaks” for ROTC students? Some colleges will cover room & board or one of those, some will also cover books/supplies, and others will even offer an additional scholarship towards the academic cost.

I am going to call Monday, but thought I would check here too. Thanks!

Do you live in VA?

We live in Oklahoma. But DD runs track, his times are good enough to try for a walk-on position with the team, and he has been in contact with the coach. Once you are on the team, you can apply for scholarships even if you weren’t recruited with one.

 

[VMI2017+3]

Participation in ROTC is mandatory at VMI, so no breaks are given.
