AFROTC Boards - Reboard or Final Board

Greetings,

Do you guys know how the AFROTC high school scholarship process works if you did not receive one first board? Ive communicated with the cadre of the school I am interested in but have seen posts with conflicting information. Since I did not receive a scholarship first board will I have the chance to earn one each board in the future or will I only have a 2nd chance on the last board (cadre said)?

Every year they seem to tweak the process. Last year they reviewed the apps they had for the first board and either awarded a scholarship, said you weren't qualified/competitive and we're done, or said you would be re-reviewed at the last 4th board. If you met the first board you weren't re-reviewed at the 2nd and 3rd boards. Candidates that met the 2nd and 3rd board due dates were handled in the same way.

Sounds like they are doing it the same way this year again.
