The scholarship application appears to have several issues regarding proper saving of information, meaning that it can't be submitted. Is the September 8th deadline for the early board likely to be pushed farther back, or would it be possible to schedule an interview before submission so that both components arrive on time?

I haven't personally had any issues with the portal. It's my understanding that there's not really a "submit button," but you will be contacted to schedule the interview as soon as everything is submitted and reviewed.

Also, I didn't know September 8th was the deadline for the first board. Where'd you find that?
