AFROTC Interview

I am scheduled to complete my interview with my local detachment on the 21st. I understand that the first board is this week, but does this mean my application will be included in this one?

I'm pretty sure your entire packet, interview included, must be completed by the due date posted for the board to be reviewed.

I do not know whether there is more than one board meeting this coming week. For whatever it is worth, I was specifically told that my application would be considered on 10/19. And I also recall being instructed to make sure everything was in by 10/9 in order to get before the first board.

Even after your interview is done, the interviewing detachment must submit your interview score which in my case took 6 days. I’d say its very unlikely you will have your application considered during this board especially as your interview is halfway through the board session.

DD interviewed last week and her interviewer was kind enough to submit ASAP so she could be considered for first board. Her packet was complete as of Friday. If you let them know, I have found interviewers to do their best to try to help you out.
