How likely is it to get a remedial/waiver for a lazy eye?

Depends on many factors and also your definition of lazy eye. Some use this to mean an eye that doesn't see as well as the other. Some use it to mean an eye that is turned one way compared to the other and sometimes it means both.

If your vision is not correctable to 20/20 in both eyes it is harder to get a waiver. If your vision is 20/20 in each eye tested apart, but they are simply misaligned then depending on the amount of unaligment it may or may not be easier.
