So rumor mill has it AFSC's were released to cadre friday and that some dets have told their cadets already, my cadre have been dead silent about it though. They told us results were expected to be released Nov 7 so this fits the timeline. Can soon to be spring grads confirm that they've actually been released and have been told their jobs already?

Gah! I just want them to tell me already, i have a feeling my cadre are going to drag the hell out of this.

Lol maybe they'll wait till after the election. What was your top choices?

There were tons of Intel slots last year. Fingers crossed for you. I commissioned in dec last year but pilot for me. I put dev engineer if that didn't work out. But pilot.

Does anyone know how popular aircraft maintenance (21AX) is this year among ROTC cadets? Are cadets selecting it? Are some getting "voluntold" into it?

At what bases did you serve?
I did BAsic Met program at Penn State after graduating from Tulane with a physics degree. Served at Cheyenne Mountain and Peterson doing Space and terrestrial weather. Then went to NC State for my Masters in meteorology. Went to Offutt and worked at both the headquarters and then at the base weather station. Left out a few hot sandy deployments.

She will earn her meteorology degree from the University of Oklahoma. As of now it appears she has 6 possibilities - Hickam, Scott, Shaw, Davis-Monthan, Barksdale, or Ramstein.
