After you submit your NROTC application, can you edit it if you have new credentials?

I am applying for the NROTC Marine Option Scholarship, and I need to submit it tonight. I will more than likely be picking up new leadership roles this year, and I feel like it would greatly benefit my application. Will I be able to add them on even after I submit it?
 
My son's coordinator told him to just send any updates to him and he will get them included in the package provided they get to him by October in order to make the first marine option board.
