DS will be attending AIM week 1. He will be flying into Providence solo and I will be flying in to pick him up and spend a few days on the east coast.
Since submission of travel survey he had received nothing from the CGA.
Does anyone know how the AIM shuttle from Providence is organized? Meeting location or signage?
Thank you

There should be details about pickup/drop off process in the AIM handbook. I believe there are 2 shuttles from each airport - times should be listed in the handbook. Typically, Admissions Partners (volunteers that support the admissions office at AIM) have a list of arriving AIMsters and meet everyone at baggage claim. Arriving participants should go down to baggage claim and look for the group - they usually have a sign, and the partners all wear blue CGA polos with name tags and khaki shorts or pants. They won't be there all day, but expect to find them 30-45 minutes prior to the scheduled bus departure. A couple partners will ride the bus with the AIMsters to CGA as well. It is reversed after graduation, though there is only 1 shuttle to each airport at a set time.

See the AIM handbook toward the bottom. Times are listed
