AIM Waitlisted

Hey everyone!

I was just wondering if anyone who was waitlisted for the AIM program has found out whether or not they were accepted, this is because I haven't gotten any email saying yes/no and today was said to be the last day to be notified.

I was wait listed also and did not receive any notification. We will probably hear something this week.....hopefully.
 
Accepted Applicants Timeline

I think waitlist folks will hear soon. D informed AIM she would not come and received and email offering financial aid. I think it went to all who had been accepted and either declined or did not reply to accept.
The drop dead deadline to apply for the aid (i.e. if that is what is stopping one from accepting) is this week...maybe even today.

Therefore I think that those who don't follow up, one way or another, will lose their spots. I imagine then that waitlist kids will get in.

We are from an area of the country where you never, ever hear folks speak of USCGA and it would be very costly to get her there. The scholarship offer was very tempting, but in the end she has some conflicts that time period that would be difficult to work around.

She waited and waited for NASS and finally got in, so I know how hard it is to be 'on hold'...but don't lose hope.

The CGA people have been great. Just hoping some how D can get there and will consider applying.
