The other day I went to the ENT in order to check and make sure my ears are all "ship-shape" (since i have had several ear infections in the past, i wanted to make sure there was no damage) The ENT did a full sinus check, and put me through a complete hearing test. I passed with flying colors, so no worries there. However, the ENT said that he found that i may have some allergies (nothing new, i've known about my allergies since i was born) The doc said that he wants me to get an allergy test done (the one where they scratch your back, then make up a specific serum for you based on what you're allergic to)

So what i want to know is, would having this allergy test affect my ability to get into the academy? And would going through the whole serum process be better or worse for me, and the application process?
