AFROTC ScholarshipsHow does one receive a AFROTC scholarship?
I would say the best thing that I have done or participated in is Ops Air Force. It is a PDT where you get the opportunity to visit a CONUS AFB and hear from different officers about their jobs. You might even get an incentive flight if the stars align. I would definitely recommend signing up for everything that you can handle. There are cool and different opportunities that can fit what you want to do and your college schedule. Your ROTC experience will depend on what you decide to do. With that said, I recommend going to events to get to know your peers, you will be stuck with them for 4 years.Best/most memorable activity/event you’ve been been able to partake in through AFROTC? Going off of that, what‘s the #1 thing you think that an incoming cadet should join or do?

I don't remember the process, but here are some helpful links. Is the AFROTC scholarship a separate application from AFROTC program application?
Or are the students automatically considered for a scholarship once they know where they are going for college and decide to participate in ROTC?
