Yesterday I sent in AMI regarding a previous UCL injury and surgery. Does anyone know how long AMI takes to be processed compared to the initial exams?

It's out of your control now. Hurry up and wait. Could be days, could be 4-6 weeks, maybe more. No one really knows - especially with the site being down for so long, their backlog, etc. I'd set your expectations to 4-6+ weeks and then be pleasantly surprised if it happens sooner. Probably not what you wanted to hear.

I sent it through email only. Do you believe I should also send a physical copy of the additional records or will email suffice?

Dodmerb received the record they requested on 9/21 from my daughter and she has not heard anything to date. People on this site who say patience is key are not wrong

Leverage your B&G officer, mail, fax - do whatever you can. Best of luck --- based on other posts, it's a long process.
