AMI went away??

I was sent a correspondence by DoDMERB requesting an AMI for a pulse reading (my pulse was a little high but still in normal range for my medical exam). I tried to schedule the exam with my medical place but they said they needed an authorization to schedule the exam, so I emailed DoDMERB and DoDMETS to try and get the authorization sent but I never received a response. Today, I got an email from DoDMERB saying I had a new correspondence, but when I looked at it, it still had the “Administrative” AMI, but did not have the physician AMI (an additional pulse reading) that it had on the prior correspondence. I am confused on whether I still need to get the pulse AMI or not.
 
So, let me ask you this. Do you think this Forum would be the place to ask OR would it be best to ask DoDMERB... the folks that sent you the email????
