Anchorage/Elmendorf AFB hotel info

My USNA Midn has Summer training block 1, near Anchorage, AK ....arrives from BWI into ANC at 2330 hrs on Saturday,May 29 and doesn't get "picked up" for training until 0700 hrs on Monday at the train station (NOLS SeaKayak)..... he needs a place to get some rest all day Sunday.
Does Elmendorf AFB have visitor accommodations (inexpensive) that my Midn would qualify for ? Hotels in downtown area seem to be very $$$$ .

They do and it's very nice. He shouldn't have any problems since he is considered active duty.
Stayed there last summer and the rates were very reasonable.
He can catch a taxi from the airport. Train station is about 15-20 minutes from the base by taxi (will cost him about $20 for the ride).

MY Midn called the AF Inn at Elmendorf AFB and booked a room for Memorial Day weekend.....rates are much, much better than in town (Summer high season).....Thanks for the info USNA1982BGO
