Hey,

I am attending Session 3 of the Nass program this summer. I was wondering if anyone has suggestions on what is the best way to travel from Annapolis to D.C.? Thanks!

Probably just drive, i live right outside of D.C., and whenever i go up to Annapolis we drive. It's only about 45 min away.

Seeing as you are probably too young to rent a car (and assuming you are not coming with your parents) you may want to take an MTA (Maryland Transit Authority) bus. It takes about an hour from Annapolis to downtown DC.

Take the bus to 18 & K NW in DC and then you can grab the DC Metro at Farragut WEST and take it down to The Mall, or walk a few blocks south and you'll be at the White House.

If it's a weekday there is a commuter bus from annapolis to New Carrolton also, no such luck on weekends.

yeah, I am to young to rent cars so I will need to take Public Transportation. Thanks a lot everyone for all you help and if you have any other suggestion then please let me know.
