My son had his exam on November 30th and was told he passed but hasn't shown up on his portal yet. How long does this usually take?

DS' experience was this - told by medical practitioner he passed at the appointment. ~2 weeks later DodMERB website displayed that information. ~3-5 days until USMA portal updated, 5 weeks and USNA portal dhad not updated. DS emailed the official DoDMERB correspondence as PDF attachment to his admissions counselor who updated the system manually and teh final checkmark appeared

Dr. L.E. Mullen,

My daughter has an issue with her medical paperwork. The physical was completed on 10/21/2020 and the results were received by DoDMerb. On 10/30/2020 her status update shows it is on hold because the team "identified some errors in the examination records and we are working to be resolve these issues with your providers" .

Can she send you her information and have you to look into the paperwork status?
