Basically I have been doing AROTC for 2 years and I had a shoulder surgery waiver. However, I reinjured it and in the MRI it showed that I have bicep tearing, arthritis, torn labrum and frayed rotator cuffs. The orthopedist recommends another surgery, but has anyone been in a similar situation? Would this be waiverable? I have passed this onto my cadre, thanks for the help
