Any TWEs yet?

So far as I can tell, it doesn’t appear that anyone in a Candidate/Complete status has received a TWE yet? On the USNA side, the equivalent is “Complete Pending Review,” but TWEs have been rolling out for some time.

People have posted over the last few weeks that they did receive a 'TWE"... not sure it was an actual envelope, but portals have been updated with a 'thanks but try again next year...'

USNA yes. My DS got one 2 weeks ago, but I did not see any been reported from AFA
