Anyone else still waiting for a reply for just prelim app?

I read somewhere that it was after 9 days that someone got sent a decision on whether they got elevated to candidate but its been 21 days so far

All I can say is that with the class of 2025 application fiasco that is going on right now, preliminary and other applications for academy programs might be backed up for a bit as well. Admissions is overwhelmed right now so sit tight, it might be a while.
