Referring to the documents with immunization information, etc.

Is it still supposed to have been sent out May1? Will it be in regular mail, email or posted in the portal?

My son sent his acceptance last Monday and tracking says it was received Wednesday. Nothing has changed in his account, and he hasn't received any mail or email. Should he have received something yet?

Well looks like it's official for 2027 now. As of 40 minutes ago it still said 2026.

I am seeing them as 2027 forms. The immunization form reads 2027 also for me.

There may be a typo here or there, limited administrative staff at the academy and it is a very busy time sending the Corps out to summer assignments and graduation.

In any event, these are the forms and are seldom updated. At least you can get started knowing what may lie ahead and if a new form comes out before June 1, just do the updated one.

do any of you know where/who it is to be submitted to. I havent even gotten an email or anything prompting me to fill out those forms yet. wby?

I was wondering the same thing. There’s a page in the cadet handbook (2026 is still posted) that says they’ll send several prepaid white envelopes out to send forms back in. I’m assuming when those envelopes come there will be more instructions.

The uniform measurement form has an email address to send it to, and under the medical info section of the 2027 page, it lists an email address to send the dental and immunization forms to.

I think we can fill out some of these PDF form electronically but will CGA accept electronic signature or should we just print them out and provide a wet signature?

Class of 2026 was mailed the forms with instructions on how to mail them in. We only used the PDF forms to print out ones that we messed up on. Maybe they are doing it differently this year? We FedExed all our documents in except for a couple that were supposed to be emailed!

this may be common knowledge, but I just found out. We can mail the forms in any white envelope we have in our house, we are not waiting for USCGA to mail us specific empty envelopes. I didnt know this until today after emailing my admissions officer lol

And, FYI, the packet had the appointment letters and good information and the USPS pre-addressed envelope, but the forms and handbook will need to be downloaded from the website. For some reason, I had thought they would send hard copies of everything to us. They do not.
