Went by the USMA gift shop today and saw this weird little house that looked like it's being demolished, right next to the visitor center. Anyone know what it is?

I presume the proximity of the old American Red Cross building was to encourage cadet blood donations?

The Red Cross provides support services to service members throughout the military. For instance, if there is an emergency in a family, they can help to ensure the service members are properly notified no matter time or location so the chain of command can get that service member on emergency leave. They also do a lot of outreach to assist veterans. They're a pretty cool nonprofit that's scope goes beyond blood donations or basic medical support that they get normally associated with.

The Red Cross does great things for service members.
