My son's waiver was denied. He had received an LOA and was DQ'd due to adjustment disorder during COVID. He was 16 and the therapy was supportive only. He is devastated. How can I help him appeal the denial and how can I provide new documentation to DODMERB? I have already forwarded all documentation to his regional admissions officer. Is there any hope for a reversal?
