Application Deadline

On the admissions site, it states that the deadline is January 4th but that all application material must be received by the 15th. My DS is waiting for one more required letter of recommendation. Does that mean that he can submit his online application by the 4th but the teacher has until the 15th to submits the letter?

The people writing the letters of recommendations submit on their own. You don't see them. So I would submit what you have and remind the teachers to get it submitted by the deadline.
