Since 2 days ago I have not been able to get into my application, as every time I open the portal after I click Complete Candidate Kit, nothing loads in. I have tried different devices, and have emailed team blue for help but I have not heard back yet. Does anyone know how it may be possible to fix this?
 
When did you email them? I had a bug happen twice and it took them less than 24 hours to respond. Did you fill out the bug report in the "Support" section?
