Just got a chance to look at the form for the Common Application (basically a standardized application system that many colleges use), and I noticed that in the activities section it asks the user to estimate the number of hours per week and weeks per year they spent in each activity they performed.

Does the USAFA ask something similar on its application? I am wondering because I have never really kept track of how many hours per week I spend in each particular club or activity.

Your ALO(Admissions Liaison Officer) will likely go over questions like this. It's good to have some idea, at least an estimate. It should be pretty easy to calculate some estimates (even if they are rough) if you are regularly participating in sports/activities.

My ALO liked to put tangible numbers behind reported activities to show dedication and a sense of responsibility.
