Application Issues: Try a different browser

Just wanted to share that switching browsers to Firefox worked for me. My portal kept showing my recommenders as “x” marks and I was missing recommendations even though my teachers told me they’d completed my recommendation. In the application, I couldn’t submit because the teachers‘ names/emails wouldn’t load.

Today for some reason, using Firefox on a desktop computer, I was able to finalize/invite recommenders and save them, and my application went from 93% complete to 100% complete and I was able to submit.

I had tried this about a month ago, and it didn’t work, but today it did.
