Application status still says incomplete?

Hello everyone, I just had a quick question about my USNA portal. Yesterday my DoDMERB medical finally got cleared and I was marked as qualified. 24 hours later, my USNA portal updated the 'medical' portion to have a checkmark. It was the only thing left unchecked on the 'my progress' page, but on the home page it still says application incomplete. Does anyone know if there's anything I'm forgetting about? Will it update soon? Will they email me to let me know everything's good? If anyone has been through this themselves please let me know. Thanks!

Also, you can simply reach out to the admissions counselors to confirm that everything is completed. Wait a few days as previously noted, but the counselors should respond fairly quickly. Good luck with your application!

If you are able to jump on the admissions chat at noon, that would be the best. Otherwise, just know that what you are seeing isn't what the admission office sees. So just because it says incomplete on your side doesn't mean that it is showing incomplete on the admission side. I am sure that it was probably just overlooked to push out the new status to the candidate facing portal. If you can jump on the chat, they may be able to fix it for you without having to email your admissions counselor directly while they are so busy.

I would ask first on the chat widget with admissions, if that doesn’t work then send an email to them if it will help reassure you. As mentioned, what you see isn’t what they see, but then again if you want that peace of mind go for it!
