Within CAP - have you completed Mitchell/Earhart/Eaker/Spaatz? Are you in a leadership role -- Squadron Commander, Group, Wing? I suspect you have a high level of involvement in each of your Extracurricular activities, but as a resume - what you have described is not all that much in terms of historically competitive candidates. The resume is deep but not very wide (if that makes sense). The school cares about the whole person concept, and that is relative to each applicant - but you will need to dive deep in your explanation of how you spend your 24-hours in a day.
At this phase of the game, it is critical for you to continue participating in meaningful activities where ideally, you find yourself in a leadership capacity. Don't run out and join multiple clubs in an attempt to widen the resume of experiences. Rather, seek out strategic opportunities that will follow your interests, provide leadership opportunities, and optimally provide opportunities for you to make an impact and provide narratives for your personal statements and interviews.
