Application to Class of 2023

I am in my second go around of apply to the academies and will now be going to Marion Military Insitute for this year. For the application do I need to have my math and English teacher from Marion give their evaluations or do they still need to come form high school teachers?

This would be a great question for your ALO. In my opinion, a college teacher's recommendation would have greater weight than a high school teacher's simply because it's more recent and speaks to your college level work.

DS -MMI ‘14 USAFA ‘18 used recs from MMI and his local youth minister that knew him for a very long time. College work performance is the new paradigm replacing HS performance....think about it this way... you aced a non challenging HS and then struggled with college level work... which would be a better indicator of your possible performance at one of the Academies?
That is what they want to see... college performance!!
