My DS received an appointment to USAFA. Does he automatically receive the folder with the appointee certificate or only after he accepts the appointment?

Heard that it takes about 2 weeks to come in after it’s in your portal, received my appointment march 20 and haven’t got a thing yet

I think it depends on when you receive your appointment. Back in December it was taking about a week, but there were fewer appointments. With so many appointments going out now, I would expect that it would take longer.
