The appointee kit will appear on each offer accepted appointee’s personal portal. It’s not a link that goes to another site that anyone can view. Maybe if someone who already has the checklist posted wanted to take a screenshot to show what is in the kit but other than that there is no “appointee kit link”.

Same here. My decision letter still says that my appointment is conditional on DoDMERB, but that recently cleared as well. I don't have the appointee kit yet, do you?

The appointee kit is not active. Five appointees were chosen to test a reconfiguration of the kit for this year. They are test cases. Additionally, conditional appointment letters will not change to cleared for a while. This was a problem with the new system last year that is being worked on.
