The appointment paperwork includes a form for local law enforcement to fill out. DS has sent the form to LLEA. It also asks the DS to attest that no "citations " have occurred since the application. He has a new citation that goes to court in three weeks. So the question is, should he wait for the citation to be dispositioned prior to sending his acceptance, or send it saying the traffic ticket citation has not been dispositioned yet.
Seems like if he waits, it will be cleaner, but is anxious to send the acceptance form on and clear the ticket up afterwards. Thoughts?
