Appointment without Seventh Semester Transcript?

Has anyone received a appointment without their 7th semester transcript? My DS contacted USAFA today and they have not received it. He will have HS send it in again. (There is no way to do it through his portal apparently) With all the appointments going out thus far, I was just curious if this was a deterring factor. Thank you
 
My DS received an appointment before his 7th semester transcript was submitted.
